Our company has been involved with the BG Group for a number of years, as initially our principal Structural Engineering Consultants, and more recently our Civil Engineering Consultants.
Our projects have ranged from mixed retail/residential projects, multi unit residential developments, and short term accommodation units. Our most recent development at Breakfast Creek, in which the BG Group was involved from the outset, was a 226 unit mixed residential/retail/short term accommodation development valued at over $120 Million.
With a difficult site to contend with, the BG Group provided many different strategies to allow for cost minimisation in construction, simpler design outcomes, and to allow for quicker construction.
